I've lived and worked for many years on Nashville's famous, "Music Row". It's a beautiful Magnolia-lined street where most of the world-class recording studios, music-artist managers' and publicists' offices, and record company offices, discretely masquerade as simple and historic, old family homes. More recently, Nashville's also been home to a very successful marathon that's starting to get a lot of national and even international attention.

This film is a stop-motion animation documentary of the "other" Country Music Marathon as I see it - from Music Row. While there is obviously plenty of professional television coverage each year of the magnificent Kenyan winners crossing the finish line, I chose to focus on the regular, everyday heroes competing in the marathon. To me, the true winners of this particular marathon were the very last determined competitors - regardless of their "official times".
