The portions of the "Sickly" video featuring Poor Old Lu members was filmed on location at the Old Lincoln High School in Wallingford, WA -- just north of downtown Seattle. We had access to the abandoned portions of the high school, where we found much of what you see in the video -- old classrooms, tons of bicycles, beds, desks, and so on.
