December 21st, 2012 - Launching of the KABIR, first hindu/sufi mystic shuttle of metaphysical exploration propelled with ictionic energy. (The ship was named in honour of Kabir, hindu/sufi mystic poet, 1440-1518).

21 de diciembre de 2012 - Lanzamiento de la KABIR, primer trasbordador místico hindu-sufí de exploración metafísica propulsado con energía ictiónica. (La nave fue bautizada así en honor de Kabir, poeta místico hindu/sufí,1440-1518).

This video is a combination of footage shot at the Tenerife Auditorium and at the tubular aquarium of ‘Loro Parque Zoo’, Canary Islands, Spain. Apart from some minor contrast and color adjustments and the ‘mirror effect’ applied to both footages, no other effects, filters or plug-ins were used in the making of this piece. Music: “From Egypt” (unknown performer), from the film “Powaqqatsi” (Godfrey Reggio, 1988).

Este vídeo es una combinación de metraje grabado en el Auditorio de Tenerife y en el acuario tubular del ‘Loro Parque’, Tenerife, Islas Canarias. Aparte de ligeros ajustes en el color y contraste y del efecto ‘espejo’ aplicado a ambos metrajes, ningún otro efecto, filtro o ‘plug’in’ fue utilizado para la realización de esta pieza. Existe, hermano, un universo sin fin donde mora el Inefable, de Quien nada puede decirse. Sólo quienes llegan a esa región, saben: es diferente a todo cuanto pueda oírse o expresarse, no se encuentra en ella forma ni cuerpo ni largo ni ancho. ¿Cómo decirte lo que es? No se puede pronunciar con los labios ni ser escrito en el papel: es como si un mudo probara algo dulce; ¿cómo podría explicar ese sabor?
