Eery... I took the liberty of capturing the audio from the scream for testing. After a full spectrum analysis using both Cepstrum and auto-correlation algorithms and while varying the window function between rectangular, Bartlett, and Gaussian windows, I've come to a decisive conclusion:

I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to audio analysis.
