Yesterday was the two-year anniversary of the Pierce County Council meeting on increasing developer's traffic impact fees.

It was a "messy" County Council meeting, with many citizens speaking out against too-low impact fees paid by developers. There was also a peaceful demonstration taking place outside.

Watch for yourself and decide who supported, or didn't support higher traffic impact fees.
