Transcript of Winter Scarf Video
Today I'm going to show you four of my favorite ways to tie a winter scarf.
The first is super easy: put [the scarf] behind your neck like this, and tie it in one big knot, and just let it hang down the front of your outfit. It's going to create a long line, and long lines make us look taller.
The next way: take your scarf so you have one really long side, and one really short side like this, because you're going to wrap the long side around twice. This gives you a lot of warmth around your face and neck and definitely the best way to keep warm with your winter scarf.
And the next scarf is a combination of the both of those. Instead of having a short side, you're going to make it a little bit longer because you only do one loop around and then tie it. It's definitely the best of both from those first and second ties. I definitely like this one a lot and wear it with a lot of my outfits.
And then the last one - it's a little bit different. You're going to take your scarf and fold it in half like this, you're going to go behind your next and loop the tail through like this. Kind of adjust it a bit. It has a European feel to it.
So those are four ways you can tie your scarf this winter. For more tips on how to get dressed when it's chilly out, visit What I Wore (whatiwore.tumblr.com). I'm Jessica Quirk - stay warm!
