I agree it was a good interview. However, isn't their an underlying conflict. If it is taking 30+ months to sell a home today, and the banks MAY "release the cork" won't this only further exhaust the problem? It would seem if a seller can hold on to their house for a few more years, that would in a small way help the market stabilize faster. Adding more houses on the market now AND the banks releasing more houses will only further lengthen the time needed to sell a property and reduce prices even further. Great job Steve! Keep spreading the word. I want to remind folks that every market is local and you need to find the real estate professional in your market this is the true professional who takes the time to educate themselves and then knows how to educate their clients.
