This circuit was entirely sewn with conductive thread: no soldering or twisting of wires involved! I don't show it here, but the whole thing is completely soft and flexible, just like any other embroidered piece of fabric.
The resistors that set the speed and relative frequency of the two LEDs are photosensitive, making the blinkyness change with light.
