Glenda Fillenworth owns a kennel for cats and dogs off of Ellis Blvd. in the NW section of Cedar Rapids. After the flood, she rescued a pregnant "mud cat" who gave birth to a litter of "mud" kittens. Following the adoption of another stray kitten, Fillenworth is providing home for the growing family and actively seeks adoption of the cats from responsible citizens.
