Danish chef Rasmus Kofoed prepares for Bocuse d'Or - the "world championship of cooks" - in Lyon, France, January 25th-26th 2011. Rasmus has already won the bronze and silver statuettes in 2005 and 2007 and is the only chef in the world to ever win more than once and participate more than twice!
