"The Safest Way To Get High" is a dark and disturbing PSA (Public Service Announcement). It traces the origin and evolution of what is now called "The Choking Game". Originally termed the Valsalva Maneuver, the game has evolved over time from a medical treatment in Italy to a children's game played in solitude. Due to the spread of social media and networking sites (such as myspace, facebook and esp. youtube) kids are entertaining themselves now instead of their friends. Resulting in the deaths of hundreds of kids every year around the world.
