Then again Abraham took a wife, and her name was Keturah. And she bare him….. Midian Both Moses and Jethro are sons of Abraham. Exodus 18:1-4 When Jethro(His excellency), the priest of Midian, Moses' father in law, heard of all that God had done for Moses, and for Israel his people, and that the LORD had brought Israel out of Egypt; Then Jethro, Moses' father in law, took Zipporah, Moses' wife, after he had sent her back, And her two sons; of which the name of the one was Gershom; (Refugee) for he said, I have been an alien in a strange land: And the name of the other was Eliezer;(God of help) for the God of my father, said he, was mine help, and delivered me from the sword of Pharaoh:
Part 2-"The Gospels & Acts from a Hebraic perspective" Revelation 2:12-14 And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges; I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth. But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication. Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. When was God’s Word first spoken: In Matthew? Oral torah: Within Judaism it is from the rabbis and within Christianity it is where all the denominations came from each having their own oral torah based on their “rabbi” or founder. Jews add and Christians take away. Deut 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.
