The dolly-pan shots were made with the prototype version of a microprocessor-controlled continuous and step-motion controlled dolly I am building with Justin Winter. As this project progresses, I hope to shoot more night timelapses with integrated camera motion.

Regarding the song - it was ripped from an old favorite vinyl record and I only have the name as "Track 3, downtempo mix...." When I have some free time I'll dig through some crates of records and post the name to give the artist due credit here.
