It's using footage from hollywoodcamerawork.us/greenscreenplates.html and a photo from famous Amsterdam building "de Waag" (see also en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Waag_Amsterdam.jpg). FYI that's the place where the first Blender conference took place! :)
