thanks mate, only thing i can suggest is get a good buggy (flexi) and practice kite skills without it first. Once your at the point where you can really tweak how the kite flys through the window with a harness on. go out in the buggy without a lap belt with your harness and footstraps on when the winds really light. Then just work your way up downlooping through turns etc untill you feel you are happy to be strapped it! :) If your near Essex Kite Park come pay us a vist everyone is always happy to help :)
