The BBC reports that convicted Canadian paedophile Christopher Neil is facing new child abuse charges in a Thai court. His newest case involves a nine-year-old child who says Neil paid the minor $15-$30 for sexual acts back in 2003. He denies the charge.
Neil is currently serving a six year sentence for another child sex conviction.
An international manhunt was launched to find Neil last year, after Interpol experts unscrambled a digitally altered photo of Neil.
