It's not sped up, but I did pre-fold it which is why it goes into place so easily - maybe that's it. Yeah, funky patterns would be cool. A couple of christmases back my mum gave me some origami paper with animal prints on. I was thinking about using some of that paper for this, but it makes it a bit harder to see what's going on. It's good stuff though!

Yes and no! This was the second time I filmed it because the first time I made it far too quickly and with my hands in the way of what was going on. This was the second time I filmed it and I went straight through all the way. There was only one bit where the paper kept getting caught. It looked a bit messy so I cut some of it out in editing (1:06) but essentially it was all one take.

I think I can - afterall, I am a black belt in origami
