Thanks Schuyler. I edited this after transferring about 20 minutes (400 ft reel) on My NLE. The quality was due mostly to the film itself. It was in pristine condition. I have some film Kodachrome 40 from 1977 that doesn't look this good. I believe this 1969 was Kodachrome II, which used a different dye-layer method of acquiring images.

Give yourself some credit man, that telecine of yours really is the business. WAY better than the 16mm SD that I got from Colorlab in NYC.

Kodachrome II was a real classic - it's a shame they don't make the stuff anymore. I was looking through a 1970 National Geographic the other day and admired all the "Kodachromes by such-and-such" captions.
