Located off of North Nimitz Highway, Pier 38 has been undergoing a lot of developments bettering and serving Hawaii’s commercial fishing ports along with new business and restaurants. Being opened since 2005 Nico’s is a place with good food, good value with a laid back atmosphere best with great friends on a clear day with outdoor seating. Aloha!
