WOD: Don’t drop the Tom’s Baby!
2 person teams, one works while one hold the “baby”!
Baby’s (Kettlebell) weight: Jim Bo 53, Jenna & Lawerance = 44, Corky =35lbs
3 rounds of:
25 Squats
25 Slam ball
25 Wall ball
25 Push Press - 70 lbs or 45 lbs
1 trip over the Balance Beam without the baby - If you fall or step off you must redo a round of all the above!
