Angela Glover Blackwell, the Founder and CEO of PolicyLink, speaks about achieving equitable development at the Sustainable Communities Boot Camp.

The Boot Camp served teams of practitioners—including those with senior responsibility in planning, transportation and economic development as well as real estate developers and social equity partners—from 13 regions that won grants under HUD’s Sustainable Communities Regional Planning Grant Program.
