If you're a beer geek, you owe this man a hearty hand shake and a pat on the back. Charlie Papazian founded was brewing his own beer back in the 70's and 80's and decided to start a club. That club has grown into the Brewer's Association and they're the biggest reason the US is brewing the most creative beers in the world.
