A. Both. 2 miles down from the car park at the beginning of the bay is 5 miles of hard sand by the MOD firing range.

Q. THE FIRING RANGE ! ! ! !
A. Yes but they do not use it at the weekend and rarely during the week.

Q. So 4 mins of vid at 35+ mph is roughly two miles of this beach.?
A. Yes look out for the large white battleship target. I'm also a little further out in the wetter part of the beach but close to the dunes its very dry and firm sand.

Q. So is it worth traveling 150 miles for.?
A. For me yes, put only if there is no wind in Fife.
