Major drivers of air quality regulations in California - greenhouse gas reporting and AB 32 are the focus of presentations by Sayed Sadredin, executive of the San Joaquin Air Pollution Control District and Brad Miller, president of Environmental Concepts Company in Mission Viejo. Reporting of greenhouse gases by major sources is required by the California Global Warming Solutions Act- AB 32, which was signed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2006.
