Saturday May 26 ,,, heat gets to one.
It was a record setter the day before (92 degrees in Portland in May!) the warmth continued today & sweating copper with mapp gas added to the heat. I am glad I was on the coast, I got a rare breeze off the water,, inland it was way hotter w/ no breeze!
(btw; the back(wall) flange is regular 16 oz copper the window cap is "soft" copper which is very much more malleable. )

There are a lot of copper plated rivet mandrels on the market ( a magnet will tell you the difference) the rivet is usually still copper.
it's an 1/8th inch hole or a # 30 bit.
