On Sunday January 30th, in searing 42 degree heat, 4 of Australia’s hottest street artists, (Store, Vans the Omega, Fred Rock & Stoops) journeyed to Longview to create massive 3.6m x 2.4m pieces to compete in the first ever Crush Clinic Competiton. Over the course of a 7 hour day, DJ's Shep & David L spun cool tracks, breakdancers blew the minds of a 500 strong crowd and Longview wines flowed as the artists sprayed their way to the ultimate goal- to appear on Longview's 2008 Reserve Shiraz Label. The art was judged at 5.30 with the winning piece being an extremely hard one to pick. But....
