    just a thought, in the next ver of ubiquity could you make it so simply right clicking on a bookmarklet would give you a context option to add it.

    I don't know how you determine if a link is a bookmarklet though.

    It seems simpler to just add a keyword to the bookmarklet in Firefox and type that in to the location bar to use it.

    I like Dominic's idea, but I would also like the ability to drag'n'drop a bookmarklet into the command box. Then ubiquity could respond with a prompt to 'save command as.' Simplicity is beautiful.
