Bernie Salazar is interviewed during the Chicago Marathon, where he ran for the first time. He says one year ago he was 130 pounds heavier and sat at home to watch the marathon. He lost the weight during Biggest Loser season 5, and went on to complete the 26 miles in 4:15.
