This is a brief demo video of a project from 2007 entitled 'Occasus'. The aim was to turn humans into input devices that can be mapped to audio and visual outputs, suggesting metaphoric aural and visual responses to a physical trigger. This was achieved by circuit bending a second hand keyboard, some pre-recorded imagery (for the big screen), max/msp and jitter. I like the idea of interactive tactile involvement and am currently working on an improved version of the system which could have various applications.
