As part of an integrated unit on alligators, my Grade 2 students at Frontenac Public School used Apple's Keynote to create a small digital story. This was based on a KWL chart completed as a group. The students began the unit writing and sharing what they already knew about alligators. After a few classes, they shared what they had learned. We took this knowledge to the computers lab where the students found alligator images, placed these images into the Keynote presentation, and recorded a narration.
