The Undershaw Campaign featured on meridian news in August, but prior to the subsequent approval of planning permission to re-develop the house by sub-dividing it vertically into 3 townhouses, demolition of the annexe and building a terrace of new townhouses with access road.

This is the former home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. From his study at Undershaw, Doyle wrote many of his most famous works, including the Sherlock Holmes story the Hound of the
Baskervilles.
