The first house in this clip belongs to a really nice guy I met this weekend. Its pretty much the perfect beach house.

The second house is my friend Deb's. Its incredibly charming and had an english bull dog puppy as a guest for the weekend. The house is 100 years old, and has an indoor squash court.

The owner of the first house offered us a ride back in his helicopter at the last minute, which was a real treat. It only took 30 minutes from East Hampton to 34th street in Manhattan.

    Someone needs to invent a quieter helicopter. How long would it take to drive if a helicopter wasn't available?

    With no traffic, about 2 and a half hours. At 8pm on Memorial Day, probably 4.

    Nice helicopter! That is a Sikorsky S-76. (Whoops, just heard him say that.) The S-76 is a GREAT rotor craft. Another helicopter in that same class would be an Agusta 109 or maybe a Eurocopter EC135.
