Not my best screencast ever. Firstly because I'm sleep-deprived, so the only word I could remember while recording this was "Muppet" and I said it about a hundred times. Second becase this demonstrates some trivial functionality. But, people have asked me how to do it, so I'm documenting it here. This takes an arbitrary text file and converts it to a sequence of notes.
