I was inspired to create a short video of my day in five-second increments after watching a similar video by Dean Shareski (flic.kr/p/6Fvg1o). I didn't go with the 5x5 format, but I used this as an excuse to cut my teeth in iMovie. The video was shot on a more-than-six-years-old Canon Powershot digital camera, hence the grainy nature and overall crap video quality. This was filmed in my still-very-new home of Breda in the southern part of The Netherlands.

1. Washing up after breakfast.
2. Walking through the neighborhood.
3. Posting up at the bus stop.
4. Hopping on the bus.
5. Daydreaming on the bus.
6. Admiring bike parking at Centraal Station while waiting for another bus (and wishing I was on my bike).
7. Making notes after a meeting with another teacher at school.
8. Grabbing some fries and deep-fried goodness at the snackbar.
9. Working on some writing.
10. Prepping some veggies for dinner.
11. Cooking dinner (wardrobe change!).
12. Reading before bed.
