A talk to debate organizers at the World Debate Forum about the transition from being involved in competitive debate and into business and organizational consulting efforts, and related issues. Gavin Ilsley, who debated for Oxford, works with Stylus Communications in the UK and is a common figure at international debate events.

World Debate Forum was organized by Botswana WUDC and IDEA and was held in Gaborone, Botswana in January 2011.
