The Emerging Chefs debut event dubbed “Dinner & Den Sum” featured the culinary genius of up-and coming Cleveland Chef – Chris Hodgson.

We closed down Cleveland's storied Short Vincent, and transformed it into a pop-up restaurant, with an exclusive taste of the upscale lunch (turned-gourmet-dinner-truck) Dim and Den Sum.
