This is Wayne Russell's latest showreel featuring clips (reproduced here by kind permission of the owners) from some of the films in which Wayne has recently been involved.
Curio directed by Steve Nesbit (Curio Films) features Wayne as Len Garford a very complicated often sinister character in this multi award winning supernatural thriller.
Curio has so far won thirteen international awards at various festivals including the 2010 Mexico International Film Festival, the 2010 Los Angeles Reel Film Festival and the 2010 Los Angeles Movie Awards where Wayne won the Best Actor accolade.
Georgia's Angel directed by Jon Rosling (Eye Films) shows Wayne in a contrasting sincere caring role as Clarence who befriends a young vulnerable runaway on a railway platform.
Tale of Teeth directed by James Marks (Northern Film School) demonstrates Wayne's versatility as he plays a Godfather Santa who is owed money by a very unusual tooth fairy in this black comedy.
Wayne's showreel concludes with yet another character variation in a clip from Digital Ghosts full length feature The Last Days of Edgar Harding. Wayne plays Edgar Harding the theatrical, gay manager of a Leeds band on the very edge of success
