Triple Asteroid System (216) Kleopatra. This movie shows the moons AlexHelios and CleoSelene orbiting the parent dog-boned shape asteroid, (216) Kleopatra, over a period of three days. The mutual orbits of the moons were estimated from W.M. Keck II Adaptive Optics observations (Descamps et al. 2011). Radar model of the primary asteroid from Ostro et al. (2000) was used. (c) F. Marchis and P. Descamps (Feb 23, 2011)
