My first test of my settings with the AF100 on a VERY bright day. There is no color correction in this footage and all shots are with a Bower 85mm F1.4 lens, since it is my only fully manual lens (waiting on the Bower adapter for all my EOS lenses) and I had to stop it down quite a bit and use the ND4 filter.
The jitter you see in the image is from the wind. It was VERY windy and the AF100 is so light (along with my tripod) that I was having a hard time keeping it still. I should have brought some sandbags, but didn't expect this much wind.
The export was done with Premiere Pro where I edited natively. While I tried to export as high a settings as I could, the exporter did introduce some banding and compression noise at the beginning that I do not see in ProRes output. I am still experimenting with the best way to write out material .
All was shot at 60fps VFR. My custom settings are:
Detail -5
V Detail -5
Coring +1
Chroma -3
Chroma Phase 0
Master Ped 0
DRS OFF
Gamma Cine-Like-V
Matrix Norm2
Skin Tone DTL OFF
ISO200
1/48 Shutter
Music is random ambient music I wrote long ago for some project I was working on. Just wanted to have something on there.
