Mrs Monk brought down the John Major, British Government in 1997, with her 3 part series for BBC Radio Four entitled, "Death In Essex".

Since the Tories are out there dishing the Labour project, we made this small movie based upon an old pile of political cartoons we made around that time, and also as a reminder of the past sins of the ghosts of old dead dogs, apparently reappearing.

The song "Dead Dogs" is based upon a horrific item I saw valued on The Antiques Road Show; this was a flotation buoy made by Scottish fishermen, from the skin of a dead dog.

When the "Dead Dogs" dance in the sea, this indicates a catch in the fishermen's nets, hanging from the "Dead Dogs" floating on the surface of the sea.
