I just read about the new limitations. I'm not sure yet if I'm willing to spend $60 a year paying for Vimeo Plus. I get more harddisk space and bandwidth by using a regular webhost.

Of course Vimeo has to do what it has to do, but removing basic features is not a practice I like. I think it would have been better if the limitations for current users remained unchanged and only apply them for new users. Or perhaps offer a discount for existing ones.

It's not just about my limitations, but if people without that much money to spend are driven to other websites Vimeo gets a lot less interesting for me as well.
