This video is a sequence of photos taken by Panthera Media Director, Steve Winter, of a hawk in the Brazilian Pantanal.

Panthera is working in 13 of the 18 jaguar range states to preserve the jaguar, including Brazil. Through the Pantanal Jaguar Project in Brazil, Panthera's scientists are partnering with local ranchers to show them how ranching and jaguar conservation can go hand in hand. Our wild cat biologists are also collaring and monitoring jaguars and gathering critical ecological data on the species to learn more about the jaguar's numbers and behavior, and the threats facing this enigmatic species.
