Sketch and Toon and I bet, it's a module you can buy for C4d. I was going to ask the same question though. How did you render this? Post production in AE?

Hey! David's right, I used Sketch and Toon and luminance on all of my materials. In some cases I added a fresnel to the luminance channel but that's pretty much it. No post production at all. It's just a render straight from C4D
