After more than 40 years of service to both the county schools & the public, Arlington's Planetarium is in danger of closing due to budget shortfalls. Approximately $400,000 is needed to keep the facility open. A group of local supporters has formed the Friends of Arlington's Planetarium, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping raise the necessary funds.
