DigitalFilipino Janette Toral interviewed blogger Tonyo Cruz (tonyocruz.com) about the need for a Philippine Bloggers Association - an initiative which he started pushing two years ago and believes the right time is now.

Tonyo also cited issues where bloggers have to come together and proactively be represented in policy discussions to prevent having only a few, without any formal association, to end up representing the majority indirectly.
