This was done when color correction wasn't an option...not a bad idea to try it I suppose.... but I'd end up completely re editing it as well..

you can export the video and bump the contrast. just a slight bump would suffice.

Not this week I can't. I've eaten my memory in plus. I'll consider doing it next week if I remember... it probably would look better... although I think I originally did bump the contrast on most of these shots when I edited it two years ago. It was a bright day and everything was very washed out.

yeah I used a lot of contrast...it's at the edge of flickering, but it does seem a bit muddy here. Maybe filtering it in quick time would look better?

you replace the video not reupload. lol for the future, you can beef up contrast and color on the exporting via Quicktime so this way you don't have to render the whole project in iMovie. Next time we are together I can show you. but ya maybe leave well enough alone. I have all these shots you have here when I last took my nephew to CI Labor Day - was his first visit ever- so I made him a video of it - hehehe it's funny how they all come out so different

I know. I'm not as dumb as I look. I'll think about it. I think you like things a bit darker and contrasty than i do (and I like contrast). But it is worth experimenting when I get a minute... or thirty.
