In this workshop presented by Nancy Fredericks of the Pasco County Library Cooperative, library staff learned how to successfully assist virtual users in accessing the government services they need using GetHelpFlorida.org and other online tools. In addition, Ask a Librarian's Traci Avet ended the program with a demonstration of how to forward chats (and emails) to the E-Gov Portal.
