The Manfrotto 325N slips under many peoples radar becuase it isn't obvious how it works from just seeing a picture.
In short it lets you mount either a 75mm or 100mm bowl to a flat based mounting surface (Glidetrack carriage in our case).
It comes supplied with three different brass inserts each with a different thread size to suit a variety of makes/models/sizes.
To change these you simply slacken two countersunk Allen bolts in the bowl, and swap them over.
NOTE-You MAY have to fit a shorter (or shorten your) bolt on the base of your bowl mount to allow it to seat fully down.
