Here's a screencast update of my thesis app, called Obtract. The app keeps track of how productive and distracted you are over the course of your work day, and (eventually) it will trigger interventions to get you to take a break or get back to work. This screencast covers the trend view, the side window, marking activities as productive/distracting, and breaks.
