I had my First Slip up today. Apparently the alarm failed to go off at 5:30, so I overslept by 2 hours. Hopefully this won't be too big of a setback, but it has inspired me to be more careful. From now on, I'm going to use a series of 3 alarms to wake me up. I am even considering forsaking the bed, because it is too tempting to lie back down immediately after waking.
